How to Add a Listing

Adding your restaurant or food business to EatFinder is quick and easy. Follow this guide to get your business listed and start reaching new customers.

Who Can Add a Listing

Anyone can add a listing to EatFinder:

  • Business owners — List your own restaurant, cafe, or food business
  • Managers — Add a business you manage on behalf of the owner
  • Community members — Suggest a local favorite that isn't listed yet

You'll need to create a free account to add a listing. Business owners can later claim their listing to gain full control.

Add Listing

To add a new listing:

  1. Sign in to your EatFinder account
  2. Click "Add Listing" in the navigation menu
  3. Choose a package (Basic is free, Pro and Elite offer more features)
  4. Fill in your business information
  5. Submit for review

The listing form uses Google Places autocomplete to help you quickly enter your address with accurate location data.

Required Information

At minimum, you'll need to provide:

  • Business name — The official name of your establishment
  • Address — Street address, city, and state
  • Category — Primary food category (Pizza, Coffee, BBQ, etc.)
  • Description — A brief description of your business

Optional but recommended:

  • Phone number and website
  • Hours of operation
  • Photos (logo, featured image, gallery)
  • Menu items
  • Amenities (outdoor seating, Wi-Fi, delivery, etc.)

After Publishing

Once your listing is submitted:

  • It will be reviewed by our team (usually within 24 hours)
  • You'll receive an email when it's approved and live
  • The listing will appear in search results and category pages
  • You can edit your listing anytime from your dashboard
